The sterling silver double-sided Miraculous medal depicts Mary with loving open arms on one side and the holy cross resting on an M symbolizing Mary and her motherhood surrounded by 12 stars for the apostles on the opposite side. Chalcedony is wire wrapped above the medal. Cultured cream pearls and light sapphire Swaroski crystals with sterling accents are attached to soft black leather. The leather knotted ends have Swarovski crystals and cultured pearls attached for added detail. A Swarovski crystal and pearl slide easily adjusts the length to a comfortable fit up to 31” L.
