Chalcedony is wire wrapped above the medal. Cultured cream pearls and light sapphire Swaroski crystals with sterling accents are attached to soft black leather. The leather knotted ends have Swarovski crystals and cultured pearls attached for added detail. A Swarovski crystal and pearl slide easily adjusts the length to a comfortable fit up to 31” L.
